Proposed Changes to Constitutions, Bylaws and Budgets
Your board members have been hard at work performing the mid-year review and update of our budgets, Constitutions, and Bylaws. The updates will be discussed and voted on at the next general member meeting (the February 8th social). Please review these documents. If you have any questions or clarification, please feel free to contact Teresa VanHoose at president@scottosc.com or a member of the executive board or bring your questions to the social on February 8th.
If you cannot attend the social, you have the ability to abstain from voting, voting absentee via email, or giving your proxy to another OSC member. If giving your proxy vote to another member, please put that proxy in writing for your representative to bring to the social.
The Scott Officers' Spouses' Club is a private organization and is not a part of the Department of Defense or any of its components. It has no governmental status.
